Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The present consultation concerns the supply of food products for a purchasing group composed of 24 establishments, including 22 Colleges in the Cher department (LITTRE College, VICTOR HUGO College, JULES VERNE College, AXEL KAHN site du Chateaumeillant, AXEL KAHN site du Chatelet, LE COLOMBIER College, BETHUNE SULLY College, CLAUDE DEBUSSY College, PHILIBERT LAUTISSIER College, IRENE JOLIOT CURIE College, JULIEN DUMAS College, JEAN MOULIN College, JEAN VALETTE College, ROGER MARTIN DU GARD College, FRANCINE LECA College, MARGUERITE AUDOUX College, LOUIS ARMAND College, VOLTAIRE College, ALBERT CAMUS College, FERNAND LEGER College, GERARD PHILIPPE College, GEORGE SAND College), the municipality of SAINT-GERMAIN-DU-PUY and the Cher Department. The coordinator of the purchasing group is the Cher Department. It will be in charge of signing and notifying the framework agreement on behalf of all members of the group. Open tender procedure subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1°, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The single-award framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices.
