This consultation concerns the rental, maintenance, management and delivery of the linen required for the operation of the Bel'Fontaine EHPAD, a public social and medical facility located in La Chambre (Savoie). The contract includes, in particular: - the provision and rental of the linen defined in the contract documents; - the collection of soiled linen and delivery of clean linen according to agreed days and times; - washing, disinfection, drying, finishing, folding and packaging; - maintenance and replacement of worn items within the framework of normal use; - the establishment and maintenance of allocations and safety stocks; - the traceability of flows, allocations, losses, reforms and replacements; - the treatment, when provided for, of linen belonging to residents or entrusted by weight; - the occasional, complementary or urgent services ordered under the terms of the contract.
