Belgium – Insurance services – Portefeuille d'assurances 2027 - 2030

The present contract is a joint service contract for all types of insurance for all the services of the CITY, the CPAS and the Autonomous Municipal Enterprise of Hannut (RCA). The contract begins on 1 January 2027 with the notification to the successful tenderer of the approval of its offer. The contract is for a duration of one year from 1 January 2027, renewable by tacit reconduction for three periods of one year unless three months' notice is given by either party before 1 October of each year, and ending at the latest on 31 December 2030. The tenderer undertakes to apply all the conditions of the present special terms of reference to all new services of the CITY or the CPAS or the RCA that may request it.
