1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the Military Medical Institute - National Research Institute. 2. The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more parts of the contract. A part of the contract is considered to be a single package. 3. The contract has been divided into 4 packages: 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 and 4 to the Tender Dossier. 5. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the principles and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 and 6 to the Tender Dossier. 6. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, it reserves the right to invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intends to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted.
