France – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to personal computers, office equipment, telecommunications and audio-visual equipment – Infogérance support digital workplace de la RATP

The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-offs, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 70,000,000 euros for the duration of the contract. The contract aims to define the conditions and modalities for the provision of services related to the outsourcing of support for digital workplace environment activities of the RATP. The services included in the scope of the contract are as follows: • Initialisation; • Outsourcing services; • Associated services (equipment deployment, moves, installations, technical assistance…); • Additional services (other outsourcing services to be integrated during the contract duration); • Reversibility. The outsourcing services described in the CCTP concern: • Remote service outsourcing; • Nearby service outsourcing; • Material logistics outsourcing; • Specific maintenance outsourcing; • Packaging service outsourcing; • Contract governance services. As an indication, the outsourcing services cover a fleet consisting of approximately: 27,000 workstations (desktop and laptop PCs), 34,000 screens, 19,000 docking stations, 4,000 printers, scanners and fax machines, 20,000 fixed-line telephones, 31,000 mobile devices (smartphones, tablets and GSMs) as well as various other office or mobile peripherals. The contract, which is the subject of this consultation, is conducive to a partnership with the sheltered and supported employment sector (EA or ESAT) through economic activity (EI, ACI, …).
