The subject of the contract for design and construction services is: "Increasing energy efficiency and interior modernisation works for the objective: 'N.B. Locusteanu' High School - school building and sports hall, Leu commune". According to the general bill of quantities, the estimated value is 24,916,126.97 lei excluding VAT, based on the general bill of quantities from the work intervention works approval documentation (DALI), as follows: Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses (5.3), amounting to 2,476,605.13 lei excluding VAT, are not tendered and are not included in the above value; these may only be used under the conditions of art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and the contractual clauses.
