Sweden – Software package and information systems – AI-tjänst för styrning av fastighetsautomation

Karlskrona Municipality, in cooperation with Region Blekinge and Växjö Fastighetsförvaltning Aktiebolag (VÖFAB), is implementing this part of the Sydostsamverkan för smarta offentliga miljöer project with support from Tillväxtverket. The Sydostsamverkan för smarta offentliga miljöer project aims to enhance the capacity of municipal and regional public actors in the southeast region to develop and implement AI-based and other digital tools to improve energy efficiency, indoor environment and operational optimization in public buildings. This project part focuses on the use of AI for optimizing property automation and will be evaluated within the project. Suppliers will work with: Karlskrona Municipality, Region Blekinge and Växjö Fastighetsförvaltning Aktiebolag (VÖFAB).
