The GESOBAU AG intends to carry out the refurbishment and modernisation of the residential complex 3246. The residential complex 3246 includes buildings 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.1 and 12. The city estate Hellersdorf, developed as a Rieselgut in the 19th century, is to be developed into a new, active and attractive centre for the adjacent residential development with culture, work and leisure. The existing building ensemble will be renovated and supplemented by public, multifunctional square and garden areas. The services described here concern buildings 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12. The buildings are listed buildings, in which, according to monument preservation aspects, partly new wooden insulated glazing windows and new wooden entrance doors will be installed.
