Sweden – Construction work – 77142 TBM-tunnlar och södra stationer

The Administration for the Extended Metro is carrying out the construction of an entirely new metro line between Fridhemsplan and Älvsjö, the Yellow Line to Älvsjö. This procurement covers a design-and-build contract on the Yellow Line to Älvsjö including the design and construction of rail tunnels using TBM, as well as the construction of four stations in accordance with the client's technical solutions. The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior publication, see the document Invitation to submit a request to participate. A supplier participating in the procurement is subject to the obligation, pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market, to notify any foreign financial contributions received or to submit a declaration that no such contributions have been received.
