Poland – Earphones – „Dostawa słuchawek jednorazowych do zastosowania w systemie Tour Guide Kopalni Soli "Wieliczka".

Subject of the contract. 1. As part of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority, for remuneration (delivery), single mono earphones, adapted for listening to announcements, voice recordings and audio content from the audioguide system, in the quantity of 5,000,000.00 units. 2. The specific type and parameters of the subject of the contract are contained in Annex No. 1 to the specification and the contract template available at https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl.

Delivery conditions. 1. The Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver the subject of the contract within 20 weeks from the date of signing the contract. 2. Each earphone must be packed separately. Furthermore, the earphones must be delivered in bulk packaging in quantities of 1,000 units per package. 3. The Contracting Authority allows a maximum of 1% defective earphones in the delivery. 4. The earphones delivered by the Contractor must be factory new, meaning that no refurbished, regenerated or used components, parts or materials were used in their production. The delivered earphones must bear the CE marking in accordance with the rules for its affixing. 5. Place of delivery – Kopalnia Soli „Wieliczka” S.A. warehouse, 32 – 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. 6. Delivery hours are set on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 13:00. 7. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and unload the subject of the contract at their own expense and on their own.
