Netherlands – Cleaning and sanitation services – Schoonmaakonderhoud

The contract concerns the execution of cleaning and maintenance. The contractor will execute the contract in accordance with the requirements programme as set out in Annex 1, the price list as set out in Annex 4 and the Cleaning Schemes for GGD as set out in Annex 9. The service includes the provision of regular cleaning at the locations of the contracting authority. The cleaning concerns the following types of workspaces: consultation offices, interview locations and office locations. The cleaning also concerns the following types of common areas: canteens, general areas and toilet areas. The replenishment of sanitary facilities and periodic window washing are also part of the contract. The following tasks are included in the scope of the contract: • Daily and periodic cleaning and maintenance; • Specialist floor maintenance; • Window washing; • Other tasks (cleaning of furniture).
