The subject of the contract is the preparation and implementation of a promotional-educational campaign (a comprehensive service of designing, preparing, implementing, broadcasting, optimising and settling a promotional-educational campaign on the idea of foster parenting in the area of Wrocław). The campaign is implemented as part of the project “Support not only at the start”, implemented under the Programme “European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027”, co-financed from the resources of the European Social Fund Plus. The detailed description and the manner of implementation of the contract is contained in the contract template, which is Annex 8 to the SWZ, and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which is Annex 9 to the SWZ.
