Germany – Sewer construction work – VE21_Entwässerungskanalarbeiten

The Stadtwerke Soest is planning the construction of a new office building to accommodate the following units: 1. Stadtwerke 2. VHS 3. Digital Learning and Work Centre 4. City Lab 5. Wastewater Department. The building will be partially basemented, two-storey with a flat roof. The building will be constructed with the possibility of adding two more storeys. An uncovered courtyard will provide lighting for the planned inner rooms. Furthermore, a forecourt with parking spaces for cars and bicycles will be created.
