Germany – Software programming and consultancy services – Entwicklung, Einrichtung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer Analyseplattform für ein Verkehrsmanagementsystem

The Ministry of Transport Baden-Württemberg (VM) fulfills, pursuant to § 53a para. 1 no. 3 and 4 of the Baden-Württemberg Road Traffic Act, "tasks in the field of roads to be performed centrally throughout the state" including, inter alia, • "traffic management", • "planning, construction and control of traffic-influencing facilities", • "operational monitoring of tunnel facilities", • and the necessary "establishment and operation of the traffic and tunnel control center", in the area of roads under the responsibility of the state or the federal government. To fulfill the statutory mandate, the VM is currently planning, in addition to the establishment of a Traffic Management Centre (VMZ), the implementation and implementation of a Traffic Management System (VMS BW) as a central operational system for dynamic regional traffic management. In addition to the operational system, an analysis platform (Analysis Platform BW) is to be realized as a corresponding second subsystem for the analytical processing of traffic-relevant data. The present tender procedure awards the development, establishment and further development of IT components of an analysis platform as well as the operation of the manufactured/developed IT components by the contractor and the transfer of the IT components by the contractor to the contracting authority for use by the contracting authority.
