Dredging works on the Danube - Black Sea Canal (Bief 1 CDMN and diversion canal), including the transport of alluvium in accordance with task booklet no. 5245 / 10.03.2026. Award procedure: framework agreement: The framework agreement will be concluded with a single operator. Specific elements of the framework agreement: -estimated value of the framework agreement, lei excluding VAT: min 22.225.948,19 lei - max 32.428.828,25 lei -estimated value for the largest subsequent contract: 8.107.207,06 lei excluding VAT -frequency of contracts to be awarded: annual -estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement: min 436.659,10 m³ and max 637.108,61 m³ -estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities of a single subsequent contract: min 109.164,77 m³ and max 159.277,15 m³. Deadlines for submission / response of the contracting entity to requests for clarifications / additional information: The contracting entity sets the following response deadlines to requests for clarifications: 1. Deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation: 22 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information insofar as the requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the deadline provided in the participation notice: 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 3. The contracting entity mentions that it will respond to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set in the Participation Notice. 4. To requests submitted after this deadline, the contracting entity will not respond.
