Romania – Cleaning services – Servicii de curăţenie, manipulare, administrare apă şi hrană câinilor cazați ȋn Adăposturile ASPA Bragadiru (lot 1) şi ASPA Mihăileşti (lot 2)

The Authority for Animal Supervision and Protection (ASPA) intends to procure cleaning services, dog handling, and administration of water and food for dogs caught in the ASPA Bragadiru shelter (LOT 1) and ASPA Mihăilești (LOT 2), to be carried out at the Bragadiru worksite, located at Gospodărie Agrozootehnică, Bragadiru, Ilfov County and the Mihăilești worksite, located at Str. Complexului nr. 84, Giurgiu County. To fulfil the set objectives, the Contracting Authority considers it necessary to conclude a framework agreement (one for each Lot) with a maximum of 2 economic operators for each Lot. Given the need to cover the services of cleaning, dog handling, and administration of water and food for dogs caught in the 2 ASPA shelters from different locations (Gospodărie Agrozootehnică, Bragadiru, Ilfov County and Str. Complexului nr. 84, Giurgiu County), the Contracting Authority establishes the allocation of the framework agreement for the following LOTS: Lot 1: Cleaning services, dog handling, and administration of water and food for dogs caught in the ASPA Bragadiru shelter; Lot 2: Cleaning services, dog handling, and administration of water and food for dogs caught in the ASPA Mihăilești shelter. In the event that economic operators understand to submit bids for multiple lots within the procedure, the requirements regarding the manner of preparing the Bid must be found in relation to each Lot. The services of cleaning, dog handling, and administration of water and food for dogs caught in the ASPA Bragadiru and ASPA Mihăilești shelters will be procured for a period of up to 48 months from the conclusion of the framework agreements for each Lot. Following the conclusion of the framework agreement for each Lot, subsequent contracts will also be concluded, which will be awarded based on the existence of approved and allocated budget funds by the main credit controller for this purpose, as well as the identified needs. The contracting authority reserves the right to conclude more or fewer subsequent contracts for the provision of cleaning services, dog handling, and administration of water and food for dogs caught in the ASPA Bragadiru and ASPA Mihăilești shelters. To fulfil the services that form the subject of this procedure, Providers must comply with all the minimum and mandatory requirements requested through the award documentation.
