Design, execution of works and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective: “Arrangement of the research production ATMP Hub Advanced Cell Therapy (Nextgen) Refunctionalization of the existing building body C3 Fundeni Clinical Institute” The contract concerns the design (DTAC, DTOE, PT+DDE phases), execution of construction/arrangement works and technical assistance from the designer during the execution period, for [the name of the objective], including the supply, installation, commissioning and testing of the necessary medical equipment for the operation of the facility according to the technical requirements in Annex 5 - Equipment, namely: cryogenic storage equipment (cryogenic tank, external LN₂ recipient with distribution system), safety and monitoring systems of the premises (assisted ventilation, fire extinguishing, temperature/humidity monitoring, video surveillance), equipment for processing and quality control of cell therapy products (cell processing system, centrifuges, laminar flow hood, incubator, -30°C/-80°C freezers, refrigerator, chemical fume hood), as well as microbiological testing and control equipment (bacteria/fungi detection system, PCR thermocycler, toxinometer).” Estimated value: 51,408,205.94 lei excluding VAT, consisting of: i.
