Description

The Management Board of „Elektrorazpredelitelni Mreji Zapad“ EAD launches and conducts an open procedure for the award of a public contract pursuant to Article 132 in conjunction with Article 18, paragraph 1, point 1, Article 19, paragraph 2, and Article 20, paragraph 1, point 3, subparagraph "b" of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), with the aim of concluding a contract for the supply of new unused vehicles. The subject of the public contract is „supply of goods, carried out through purchase“, within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). Any interested party may submit an offer provided that it meets the requirements of the PPA, the Rules for the Application of the PPA (RAPP) and the requirements of the contracting authority, specified in the notice and the participation documentation. The present contract is divided into 5 (five) separate lots, with subject matter and estimated quantities as follows: Lot No.1: "Supply of new unused high-clearance vehicles (pickup)" - 8 (eight) units; Lot No.2: "Supply of new unused high-clearance vehicles" - 43 (forty-three) units; Lot No.3: "Supply of new unused high-clearance vehicles (M1 – SUV)" - 2 (two) units; Lot No.4: "Supply of new unused plug-in hybrid 4X2 vehicles" - 2 (two) units; Lot No.5: "Supply of new unused light electric vehicles M1" - 10 (ten) units. Option: In case of necessity, the contracting authority reserves the right to order the supply of additional quantities (exceeding the estimated quantities) of the goods, subject of the present public contract, up to the maximum value of the contracts. Conditions for the application of the option: under "option for supply of additional quantities of goods" it is to be understood the application of a unilateral right of the contracting authority (but not an obligation) to order the supply of additional quantities during the term of the contract, which will be paid at the agreed prices. Pursuant to Article 104, paragraph 2 of the PPA, the commission will assess the technical and price proposals of the participants before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The actions of the commission will be carried out in the sequence provided for in Article 61 of the Rules for the Application of the Public Procurement Act (RAPP).
