New Ways Kreis Bergstraße -Communal Job Centre-, an approved municipal body under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), plans to award a Competence Centre for the activation, stabilisation, and integration of employable beneficiaries into the training and labour market at the locations of Lorsch (Lot 1) and Fürth (Lot 2). The Competence Centre provides a flexible, modular support offer tailored to the diverse needs and starting points of the participants. The aim is to support both individuals who are distant from the labour market with multiple barriers to placement and those who are closer to the labour market with short-term integration potential. The Competence Centre adopts a holistic approach that, in addition to labour market-related competencies, also takes into account personal, social, and health aspects. The central objective of the measure is: • the activation and stabilisation of the participants • the identification and development of vocational competencies • the elimination or reduction of barriers to placement • the preparation for the training and labour market • the integration into socially insured employment • the integration into training, qualification, or further measures. Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening the participants' sense of self-responsibility, motivation, and self-efficacy.
