Purchase of specific materials for interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, in accordance with the Terms of Reference; The procurement is divided into lots; The procedure will conclude with the award of framework agreements for each lot, with a maximum of 3 economic operators for a period of 48 months; ------------ Following the award of the framework agreement, the contracting authority estimates that it will award subsequent contracts (SC) over 12 months or any period covered by financial availability, depending on needs and available funds; The estimated minimum and maximum quantities to be procured through the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts are provided in the Terms of Reference - Annex B - Information on lots; Subsequent contracts (SC) will be awarded without reopening competition; ---------- The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18; The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; NOTE: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the set deadline;
