France – Coaches – Acquisition de 23 autocars de 12 à 13 m, neufs ou d'occasion, destinés à la Régie régionale des transports des Hauts-de-France

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of 23 new or used coaches, 12 to 13 metres in length, for the transport of persons. It is intended for the Régie Régionale des Transports des Hauts-de-France. The "Goods" referred to in this framework agreement are the new or used coaches as specified in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et Financières (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the Régie Régionale des Transports des Hauts-de-France, in its capacity as contracting authority as defined in Articles L1212-1 and L1212-3 4° of the Code de la Commande Publique, which operates a network to provide a public transport service in the field of bus and coach transport.
