Poland – Prepared meals – Przygotowanie i dostawa posiłków profilaktycznych dla pracowników fizycznych wraz z obsługą bufetu

1.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of preventive meals for physical workers, including catering services. The meal consists of a sandwich with a hot dish. The meals must meet the requirements specified in the Council of Ministers Regulation of 28 May 1996 on preventive meals and beverages (Journal of Laws of 1996 No. 60 item 279). More information and requirements are contained in Annex No. 8 to this SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract. 2. Equivalent solutions - Section IV, point 2 of SWZ. 3. The contracting authority does not accept partial tenders. 4. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by individual contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract for key tasks. 5. The contracting authority does not accept variant tenders or in the form of electronic catalogs. 6. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the p.z.p. 7. The contracting authority does not envisage dividing the contract into parts. Given the nature of the subject of the contract, it should be noted that it is indivisible. Dividing the implementation of the contract into parts would increase costs, cause implementation difficulties and the risk of delays, and would also be artificial and pointless. 8. Data protection - Section II, point 1 of SWZ. 9. This procedure is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender in accordance with the p.z.p. and this Specification of Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 10. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued under Article 3(2) of the p.z.p. The procedure is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender within the meaning of Article 132 of the p.z.p., with the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the p.z.p. (so-called reverse procedure). 11. In accordance with Article 257 of the p.z.p., the contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of invalidating the subject of the procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 12. The contracting authority does not envisage an electronic auction. 13. The contracting authority does not conduct a procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement. 14. The provisions relating to supply contracts apply to the procedure. 15. The contracting authority does not require a site visit before submitting a tender. 16. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to verify the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract, available at the contracting authority's premises, before submitting a tender. 17. The contracting authority does not specify requirements related to the employment of persons by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract. 18. The contracting authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons, on the basis of an employment relationship, as referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the p.z.p. 19. The contracting authority does not specify additional requirements arising from Article 94 of the p.z.p.
