The subject of the contract is a service provision for insurance in the context of demolition and soil decontamination works. For Lot No. 1, a response to a possible additional service imposed is mandatory. This service involves pre-financing the Civil Liability policies of contractors, when the liability of the insured is sought due to damages caused to a Third Party attributable to the contractors. It guarantees, once the amount of the compensable damage has been determined, the advance payment, with the deductible deducted, of the indemnity due to the injured Third Party, on behalf of the potential contractors responsible for said damages, whose liability would be attributable to them in the context of the Guaranteed Activity. This PSE will be taken into account for the evaluation and ranking of tenders. The attention of candidates is drawn to the fact that an incomplete response will constitute a ground for irregularity.
