The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of red meat, red meat cold cuts and red meat fat, as well as poultry meat and poultry cold cuts for the 24th Military Economic Department in Giżycko in 2027, divided into 2 tasks: Task 1 – red meat; Task 2 – poultry meat. 2. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding the contract within the framework of the options, during the period of validity of the contract, by extending the basic contract with an additional optional contract, the subject and maximum scope of which is identical to the basic contract. 3. Quantities and assortments have been included for each task separately in the price lists Annex 1.1. – 1.2. to SWZ 4. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the procedure on the basis of Article 108(1) of the Pzp Act and Article 109(1)(5) and (7)-(10) may apply for the contract. 6. Contractors for whom the conditions or circumstances indicated in Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting the support of aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835) and in Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (Official Journal of the EU L 229 of 31.07.2014, p. 1), hereinafter: Regulation 833/2014, in the wording given by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (Official Journal L 111 of 8.4.2022, p. 1), hereinafter: Regulation 2022/576, do not apply, may apply for the contract.
