The subject of the contract is the supply of software for the Government Security Centre, in accordance with the Subject of the Contract Descriptions (hereinafter: SCD), which are attachments 1a-1e to the Contract Notice (SWZ) (accordingly to the part) and the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter: DCT), which are attachments 2a-2e to the Contract Notice (SWZ) (accordingly to the part).
