France – Lift-maintenance services – CONTRAT D'ENTRETIEN ET DE MAINTENANCE DES ASCENSEURS ET ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE POUR LA RÉALISATION DE TRAVAUX ASSOCIÉS - AGENCE PARIS (75)

The present contract concerns the establishment of a maintenance and repair contract for elevators, and a framework agreement with purchase orders for the performance of associated works and services, relating to real estate units of CDC HABITAT located in Paris (75). As an indication, the real estate portfolio covered by the present contract comprises 228 elevators to date. The present contract is a composite contract comprising: -a fixed-price portion corresponding to maintenance services, executed in the form of an ordinary contract and remunerated by a global and fixed price; -a purchase order portion corresponding to ad hoc services, executed in the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of Article L. 2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code.
