Romania – Banking services – SERVICII BANCARE DE ÎNCASARE A CONTRAVALORII DOCUMENTELOR DE IDENTITATE/CĂLĂTORIE

The framework agreement has as its object the purchase of banking services for the collection of the value of identity/travel documents. A framework agreement, valid for 36 months starting from 01.01.2027, will be concluded, and its implementation will consist of the provision and payment of services. During the framework agreement, 3 (three) subsequent contracts will be concluded. Subsequent contract no. 1: 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027; Subsequent contract no. 2: 01.01.2028 – 31.12.2028; Subsequent contract no. 3: 01.01.2029 – 31.12.2029. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 7,412,872.50 lei, exclusive of VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
