The subject of the contract is the supply to the Municipal Centre for the Elderly, Chronically Disabled and Dependent Persons in Krakow of medical devices and other medical equipment. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a product-price list which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result, for example, from responses given by the Contracting Authority to questions from Contractors. 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 19 parts: - Part No. 1: Nightshirts, - Part No. 2: Medical Equipment, - Part No. 3: Dressings, - Part No. 4: Other Medical Articles, - Part No. 5: Medical Equipment (2), - Part No. 6: Dressings (2), - Part No. 7: Other Medical Articles (2), - Part No. 8: Aprons, covers, sheets, inhalation sets (2), - Part No. 9: Dressings (3). The contract is partially implemented under the project entitled "Facility providing daily care for dependent persons" and the project entitled Centre for Supporting Informal Carers and Care for Dependent Persons in the Municipal Care Centre in Krakow; Projects co-financed by the European Union from the programme European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, Priority 6.
