France – Technical building-inspection services – Réalisation de missions de contrôle technique (CT) et de coordination en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé (CSPS) dans le cadre du projet de transport en commun en site propre intégral, et autres projets portés par le Grand Annecy

This framework agreement concerns the implementation of technical control (TC) and health and safety coordination (CSPS) missions within the framework of the TCSPi project and other projects led by Grand Annecy. Three thematic lots are planned: - Lot 1: Technical control missions. - Lot 2A: Health and Safety Coordination (CSPS) missions on infrastructure works and any preparatory operations. - Lot 2B: Health and Safety Coordination (CSPS) missions on building works. For Lots 1 and 2A, the maximum amounts are understood globally, and not per contractor. The contract is awarded to several suppliers under the following conditions: - Lot 1: multi-contractor with 2 contractors. - Lot 2A: multi-contractor with 2 contractors. - Lot 2B: single-contractor. Operations are awarded to the contractors according to a rotation principle, in the order of their ranking (see CCAP). The award of Lot No. 1 is exclusive of the award of the other lots.
