Poland – Architectural services for building extensions – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej przebudowy i rozbudowy Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Rehabilitacyjnego w Janowicach Wielkich

It is assumed that the scope of the order will include: 1) the preparation of complete multi-sectoral project documentation, including a conceptual project, a land development project, an architectural and construction project, as well as a technical and execution project, necessary for the implementation of the Investment which is the subject of the order; 2) the provision of additional services consisting of all legal and factual actions aimed at obtaining, on behalf of and in the name of the Contracting Authority, all decisions, permits, agreements or other forms of acceptance by public administration bodies necessary for the implementation of the Investment. In particular, the Contractor undertakes to obtain a final and binding decision on the building permit, as well as to effectively submit notifications of works not requiring a building permit decision; 3) the transfer to the Contracting Authority of proprietary copyrights to the documentation and the waiver of the exercise of personal proprietary rights to the documentation; 4) support to the Contracting Authority at the stage of the procedure for awarding a public contract for the implementation of the reconstruction and expansion of the Wojewódzki Szpital Rehabilitacyjny in Janowice Wielkie (within the framework of the option right or the basic order); 5) the performance of the Author's Supervision during the implementation of the Investment, i.e. from the day of commencement of the construction works until the day of signing by the Contracting Authority of the final acceptance protocol of the works carried out within the framework of the Investment and the removal of the defects indicated in the final acceptance protocol of the construction works. 4. Minimum requirements that all tenders submitted in the procedure must meet, not subject to negotiation: 1) completeness of the project documentation, including a comprehensive multi-sectoral elaboration, necessary for the implementation of the Investment, including a construction project in the scope necessary to obtain a decision and a building permit, technical and execution projects for all sectors, a medical technology project, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, work items and investment cost estimates 2) transfer to the Contracting Authority of proprietary copyrights to the documentation and waiver of the use of personal copyrights.
