Administration, development and utilisation of land owned by the state, formerly used by the Western Group of the Soviet Russian troops (Lot 1). Administration and utilisation of properties that have passed into state ownership as a result of the land reform settlement pursuant to Art. 233 §§ 11-16 EGBGB. BRV-A properties and the utilisation of land reform properties in private ownership affected by the judgment of the Federal Court of Justice - V ZR 65/07 - of 7.12.2007. BRV-B properties (Lot 2) - as well as contract controlling regarding the already utilised WGT (Lot 1) - and BRV (Lot 2) - properties.
