The LUKS is seeking, with the present tender, providers who are able to provide SailPoint-IIQ support for the LUKS and to make SailPoint IIQ expert knowledge available to the LUKS on demand, based on a service and support contract. The latter has a duration of 5 years, incl. the possibility of annual extension up to the maximum duration of 8 years, and it regulates, in addition to the support services and the hourly rates for the various profiles made available, the uniform hourly rate for all profiles as well as the provision of a single point of contact (SPOC) for the LUKS, through which all requests and concerns of the LUKS regarding the topics regulated therein are handled. Out of scope of the procurement The licenses and the software maintenance for SailPoint IIQ are not part of the present tender.
