Allow the SID-R and the CND to be assisted by an Oversight Body (AMO) on operations with a SECPRO purpose and on infrastructure operations with a SECPRO component, from the needs definition phase to the programme phase. At the request of the beneficiary, the AMO may also be present during the design and construction phases and assist the beneficiary with the certification procedures.
