The subject of the contract is the temporary provision of the standard software IdentityManager with the specified modules. This includes: - Right to use the functions of the applications, including the specified modules for individual users according to the total quantity defined in more detail below - Costs incurred by the operation of the software at the manufacturer, with the proviso that the software, including the specified modules and the entire data management, must run on systems that are protected within the EU by the GDPR requirements - Costs incurred by the operation of the software at the manufacturer, with the proviso that a dedicated, separate virtual/logical infrastructure is used by the manufacturer for the execution of the software, which ensures strict separation of the ILB-used software instance, including data management, and other customers using the same functions with the manufacturer. - Standard support at the product manufacturer - Right to use various connectors within the timeframe acquired by the right to use the software. - Separate instances for production systems ("production instance") and development and test systems ("test instance") Further information on the nature and functionality of the software in question can be found in Section B Specification of Services.
