Romania – Track-laying vehicles – Furnizarea unei mașini hibride de bătut zăpada și a trei tunuri automate mobile pentru producerea zăpezii artificiale, necesare organizării FOTE 2027

The contracting authority, the City of Predeal, intends to purchase: • under Lot 1, a snow grooming machine with a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system, intended for the preparation and maintenance of the ski slopes in the Clăbucet Ski Domain; • under Lot 2, three mobile automatic snow cannons for producing technical snow, equipped with their own water pumps, intended for the National Cross-Country Skiing and Biathlon Complex Valea Râșnoavei. The supply will include transport, delivery to the indicated locations, unloading, installation and configuration, where applicable, testing, commissioning, training of the contracting authority's staff, delivery of technical documentation, as well as warranty, maintenance and technical support. The products and quantities correspond to the approved funding request for the project "Development and Maintenance of Sports Infrastructure Necessary for the Organisation of FOTE 2027" The contracting authority will respond clearly, completely and unambiguously to all requests made in due time, through a consolidated response published in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016.
