Germany – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Übernahme und Entsorgung von Altholz AIV und Boden & Steine + Bauschutt

(1) The subject of the contract is the (final) disposal, from 01.01.2027, of the following waste: o Lot 1 Old Wood AIV, o Lot 2 Soil and Stones + Construction Debris, as well as the o Acceptance of waste at at least one transfer station, (pre-)treatment plant or disposal facility to be provided and operated by the contractor during the contract period, o Weighing (with documentation) of the accepted waste and o If necessary, subsequent transport (incl. delivery to any disposal facility/ies) (2) The delivery to the first transfer station for waste, as designated by the contractor, will be organised by the contracting authority. (3) The contract is based on the German Civil Code (BGB) on Construction Contracts, §§ 631 et seq. The German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB/B) in the respective version are part of the contract.
