France – Internal audit services – AUDIT PLURIANNUEL DE LA DISTRIBUTION PUBLIQUE D'ELECTRICITE SUR LE TERRITOIRE DE LA CONCESSION DU SMEM 2026-2030

The present consultation aims to appoint an independent, duly accredited auditor for the performance of concession audits to carry out a detailed analysis of the operation of the concession, with particular attention given to candidates with proven expertise in ZNI. This auditor will have the mission to analyse in detail the operation of the concession on the following aspects: - the assets of the SMEM - the concessioned networks (HTA - BT) - maintenance - supply continuity - voltage quality - renewal of works - billing - relations with users - energy demand management applied to the network - specific missions, including the control of the TCFE (final electricity consumption tax) and the development axes of the network in the perspective of the implementation of a master plan for electrical networks. Estimated amount for the entire duration of the contract including renewal: 300 000 € excl. VAT
