The property of the hostel and training centre is located at 2500 Esztergom, Bajcsy - Zsilinszky Endre út 14, cadastral plot number 19759/3, owned by Esztergom City Council, managed by the Esztergomi Szakképzési Centrum. The Fürdő Hotel and Steam Bath, located in the city centre, has been in a long-standing disorganised state despite its significant historical background, and can be utilised for the vocational training of the Balassa Bálint Economic Technical College and Vocational School of the Esztergomi Szakképzési Centrum. The project involves the complete internal reconstruction of the hotel, partial facade renovation, complete external and internal renovation of the steam bath building, as well as parking and landscape design. Interior design (decorative painting and restoration design, hotel image design, separate furniture design).
