The present contract concerns the subscription of a group health insurance contract for the employees and dependents of the MSA Portes de Bretagne, starting from 1 January 2027. It includes: - a basic scheme (or CORE) with mandatory subscription (for employees) and optional subscription (for dependents); - an optional top-up scheme with optional subscription.
