Slovakia – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to railways and other equipment – Servis a oprava klimatizačných jednotiek na železničné koľajové vozidlá

The subject of the contract entitled "Service and repair of air-conditioning units for railway vehicles (hereinafter also referred to as "RVs") is the performance of service inspections, maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning devices installed in the RV of the contracting authority. Service inspections, maintenance and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the operating, maintenance and repair instructions issued by the manufacturers of the respective types of air-conditioning devices, in accordance with the relevant technical standards STN and EN, as well as in accordance with the applicable legal provisions of the European Union and the Slovak Republic regulating the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases, in particular in the sense of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on fluorinated greenhouse gases and related generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. The contractor is obligated to ensure the performance of all activities related to the subject of the contract in accordance with the currently applicable legislation, technical standards and technological procedures of the manufacturers of the devices.
