Germany – Engineering design services – Gemeinde Stralendorf - Neubau der Kindertagesstätte "Regenbogen"

The municipality of Stralendorf (owner/ client) plans the new construction of the Kindertagesstätte Regenbogen as a replacement for the existing facility as a standalone building on the directly adjacent property for 40 children (28 kindergarten and 12 nursery children). The planned new construction aims to improve the care and framework conditions for the children and educators. The new building is planned to offer 1 nursery area for 12 children and 2 kindergarten areas for 14 children each, so that a total of 40 children can attend the facility in Stralendorf. The possibility of an extension for 8 children (1 mixed group) should be taken into account. The planned net floor area of 328 sqm corresponds to the maximum permissible area for the fee calculation. The property (plot 135/21, district 2) with an area of approx. 1,600 sqm will be used as the building site, without impairing the existing open spaces and facilities of the current Kindertagesstätte. These will be retained and should continue to be used as outdoor play areas. The local character of the municipality in this area is characterised by single-storey buildings with gable and hipped roofs as well as ancillary buildings and extensions with different roof shapes. The planned single-storey building of the new Kindertagesstätte with the flat-pitched gable roofs is intended to blend harmoniously into the village scene. The subject of this tender are engineering services according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Specialised Planning, Section 2 Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 4-5, Phases 1 - 4, Phases 5-9 optional (staged contract). The awarding of Stage 1 (Phases 1-4) will take place immediately, the awarding of Stage 2 (Phases 5-9) will take place after the approval of funding. There is no entitlement of the contractor to the awarding of Stage 2.
