The Vantaa and Kerava Well-being Area requests applications for participation in the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to be established for property management procurement. This procurement procedure will establish a dynamic purchasing system, through which the internal procurement of property management services for the Contracting Authority's owned or leased units in the Helsinki metropolitan area, considering the operational area of the Rescue Department: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi, will be carried out. The internal competitions of the dynamic purchasing system may be property management services for one or more properties, which may be comprehensive property management services or individual services procured based on the needs of the procurement unit. The procurements may also be, for example, competitions that are temporally or geographically separated. According to preliminary estimates, tens of procurements will be carried out within the dynamic purchasing system over the coming years. The total value of the procurements is approximately 6.4 million euros (excluding VAT) during the validity of the DPS. This is an estimate, and the contracting authority is not committed to any procurement quantities.
