Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) for the supply and rental of audiovisual technology and technical support for events for ZSMV according to current needs for a period of 48 months. The DNS is divided into two categories according to the subject of the partial contracts: Category No. 1 Purchase of audiovisual technology Category No. 2 Rental of audiovisual technology and technical support for events. Until the DNS is established, the contracting authority will award individual contracts to specific categories based on a call for tenders. During the establishment of the DNS and in the already established DNS, suppliers are allowed to submit an application to participate in one category or in each category of the DNS, according to their ability to fulfill public contracts. In case of exclusion of a supplier from the DNS, the supplier has the possibility to re-enter the DNS based on a submitted application for participation. The mere inclusion of a supplier in the DNS does not entitle them to any performance, and all performances will be provided to the contracting authority only on the basis of a public contract awarded in the DNS.
