The Orléans Métropole, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of heat networks, has decided to entrust a third party, within the framework of a public service delegation of 10 years' duration, with the design, financing, implementation, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernisation of the public service for the production and distribution of urban heating over part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. In this context, DALKIA will, as Delegated Project Owner, on behalf of ÉCOME, undertake the implementation of heat production and distribution facilities.
