Marijampolės savivaldybės administracija, implementing this public procurement, intends to acquire green area maintenance services for the eastern part of Marijampolės city. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase (order) all service positions and/or quantities. The service provider will only begin providing services upon receipt of the service recipient's order. The procurement Environmental criteria apply to the services, which are determined in accordance with Section 4.3 of the Procedure – "not on the product list, but the supplier applying for the service or work applies environmental management system requirements according to the standard LST EN ISO 14001 „Environmental management systems. Requirements and use guidelines“ (hereinafter – LST EN ISO 14001) or the European Union's environmental management and audit scheme (hereinafter – EMAS) or other environmental management standards based on standards adopted by the relevant European or international standardization organizations, or other equivalent evidence provided by the supplier".
