France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Entretien des espaces verts des gares et technicentres d'Île-de-France - 2027-2034

This contract concerns the maintenance of the green spaces of SNCF stations and technicentres. The service includes 3 parts: 1- Maintenance of stations within the Transilien perimeter (lawn mowing, maintenance of flower beds and shrub beds, hedge trimming, mowing of slopes and flat areas without safety constraints, weed control of stabilised parts of platforms, cleaning of fences, maintenance of green walls, pruning/felling of shrubs < 4 m); 2 - Maintenance of technicentres outside dangerous areas; 3 - Maintenance of stations within the Gares et Connexion perimeter (pruning/felling of trees > 4 m, maintenance of slopes with safety constraints; maintenance of green roofs). The contract comprises 17 lots, of which 11 are reserved for structures of economic activity integration and the protected and adapted work sector.
