Germany – Electric buses – Beschaffung von einem bis zu 8 Niederflursolobussen und bis zu 2 Niederflur-Gelenkbussen mit Elektroantrieb

The contracting authority intends to procure at least one and up to 8 and up to 2 low-floor articulated electric buses (electric buses) to electrify the bus fleet. The technical requirements and further service items can be found in Annex 6. The electric buses are to be used in public local transport. The final planning of whether electric buses are needed, how many electric buses and which vessel sizes are needed and in which traffic they are to be used, could not be carried out so far. Due to grant-related deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is tendering a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). The contracting authority will, depending on the demand, call off at least one and a maximum of 8 solo vehicles and 0 to 2 articulated buses from the framework agreement. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to accept more than the one solo bus from the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 1 July 2028. The earliest delivery date is 1 June 2028.
