The contracting authority initiates the award procedure for the public procurement contract for the supply of IT Equipment, Printing and Plotting, Photo Kit and Differential GPS within the ePatrimoniu project. The project is co-financed by the European Union through POCIDIF, P2. Digitalization in central public administration and business environment, RSO1.2: Leveraging the advantages of digitalization, for the benefit of citizens, companies, research organizations and public authorities, Action 2.2 E-governance and digitalization for the benefit of citizens, Measure 2.2.3 Digitalization in culture. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
