This procurement concerns the supply, implementation, management and maintenance of a SaaS VTH case management system to support the work processes of the Risk Management Department, including the processes in the field of Permits, Supervision and Enforcement (VTH), (Fire) Safety, Environmental Safety and Fire Safety. To support the preparation of a suitable registration, the contracting authority has included relevant starting points and indicative volumes in the tender documents, including, among others, the number of users and expected case flows. - number of users/licences: 110 - number of cases per year: 11,000. The mentioned numbers are indications/estimates from which no rights can be derived.
