Extraction pipes and extraction pipe accessories - in accordance with the specifications in the terms of reference

The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18.

Minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement:

• Minimum quantities of extraction pipes relating to the framework agreement: 15,000 m;

• Maximum quantities of extraction pipes relating to the framework agreement: 542,500 m;

• Minimum quantities of reducers relating to the framework agreement: 12 units;

• Maximum quantities of reducers relating to the framework agreement: 51 units;

• Minimum quantities of pup joints relating to the framework agreement: 24 units;

• Maximum quantities of pup joints relating to the framework agreement: 140 units;

Minimum and maximum quantities relating to a subsequent contract:

• Minimum quantities of extraction pipes relating to a subsequent contract: 15,000 m;

• Maximum quantities of extraction pipes relating to a subsequent contract: 80,000 m;

• Minimum quantities of reducers relating to a subsequent contract: 12 units;

• Maximum quantities of reducers relating to a subsequent contract: 41 units;

• Minimum quantities of pup joints relating to a subsequent contract: 24 units;

• Maximum quantities of pup joints relating to a subsequent contract: 140 units;

• Frequency of subsequent contracts: 2-4/year;
